In December 2023, DXL took another meaningful step forward in advancing a diverse and inclusive workforce by connecting with Mitratech (formerly Circa), DiversityJobs, powered by Mitratech, is the industry’s largest talent acquisition and diversity recruiting platform. Through this partnership, our job opportunities are shared on a wide network of job boards across the country, helping us reach a broader and more diverse talent pool.
