Guest Engagement Center

Serving as the “voice” of the company, the Guest Engagement Team interacts and assists our guests via telephone, email, web chat, and social media. As product knowledge experts, they provide exceptional customer service for a guest who has been underserved by other retailers. How do they do it? DXL offers extensive training that exposes the team to everything they need to know about our products and our guests. At DXL, it’s not about the number of calls team members take, it’s about the feeling our guest has at the end of each call – confident, understood and appreciated.

Distribution Center

Our Distribution Center Team serves our guests by ensuring timely delivery of merchandise either to their home or to one of our retail store locations. We send over 1 million shipments per year from our 500,000 square foot facility – so whether you are picking/packing orders, stocking our shelves, or preparing orders for shipment, you are part of a team dedicated to quality service with our guest in mind – each step of the way.
