Here are some key components that will put you on the path to make an impact in DXL's mission:
* Accountable for reviewing all incoming request tickets and taking first corrective action or elevating as necessary.
* Provide infrastructure user assistance (hardware, software, and network problems), replying to inquiries in a timely manner.
* Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot end user workstations and related hardware and software.
* Continue to learn, grow and add value by getting involved in projects and other assignments.
Here's what you have:
* 0-3 years of experience in the IT field
* VMWare experience (required)
* Strong experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft SQL database
* Basic knowledge of networking technologies (TCPIP, DHCP, DNS)
* Familiarity with PCI DSS and Mass PII compliance
* Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops experience (preferred)
* CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
