Real Estate Lease Specialist

As a Real Estate Lease Specialist, you will oversee the lease database system and provide oversight of lease insurance compliance as well as duties that monitor lease statuses.

Using your experience with retail space leasing and your ability to interpret retail lease and contract language, you will play a key role in supporting our guests by:

• Accountable for the input of data into the Lease Database System including: implementation and conversion, lease information, amendments, and system base reporting
• Implement and oversee online lease retention system, including lease data entry, organization, scanning, updating and filing
• Answer lease inquires including, preparing yield ups, maintenance checklists and providing term status.
• Accountable for the Lease Insurance Compliance which includes tracking and notifying landlords of changes and or requirements providing updated insurance certificates
• Monitors, tracks and reports on all leases with critical dates and leases that are in default

We're looking for someone:

• With a Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in retail real estate leases
• That has prior leasing experience in a retail chain or shopping center environment preferred.
• With basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Who is familiar with database (a plus)!
