Digital Experience Specialist

GENERAL SUMMARY: As a key member of our content operations team, the Digital Experience Specialist will focus on the operations, maintenance, functionality, structure, and look and feel of the website. This role ensures best practices for site experience are followed and that all content campaigns are launched on schedule and accurately. You will collaborate with leaders from Digital Marketing, Site Content Management, Digital Analytics, Customer Service, and Development to drive our shared vision of putting the consumer first and delivering a seamless digital experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with Digital Experience Manager to plan and execute on-site A/B testing and enhanced functionality strategy via Monetate
* Establish and report on KPI's; manage analytical performance evaluation of products in your portfolio
* Work closely with APP manage to develop, test and maintain future APP environment
* Ensure that promotional events are executed effectively and efficiently. This includes coordinating inputs from (CRM, Digital Marketing, Promotions, Merchandise Support and POS support) teams to build and QA all promotions in ATG, POS and Coupon clearing
* Work closely with the merchandise team to execute Monetate badging/banners throughout the shopping funnel
* Manage and publish content within content management system and related tools (site, APP, email), while ensuring QA processes are completed
* Work with leadership to prioritize and implement new features
* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree
* 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce
* Proficiency in HTML,CSS, and javascript
* Responsive design elements a plus
* Experience with Monetate or personalization platform equivalent required
* ATG and/or Endecca experience a plus

* Ability to collaborate with an agile, multi-disciplinary team to create seamless end-to-end experiences along our customers' journey
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* Self- motivated with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize projects according to changing deadlines
* Strong organizational skills

* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and objectively
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction
